This Privacy Policy identifies the privacy practices of Seclytics, Inc. ("Seclytics") with respect to our website ("Site") and subscription services ("Service"). Personal Data Collection and Control

We will store Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, in accordance with our legal obligations and legitimate business interests. We retain Personal Data related to a customer until the expiration of any legal retention requirement or limitations period for claims related to that relationship. We retain marketing-related information for potential customers until the conclusion of our relationship with that individual or the receipt of a request to delete such Personal Data. We retain SecLytics research related information for as long as it is used in connection with the delivery, maintenance, support, and development of our Services.

From time to time, we may update our Privacy Policy. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this webpage. We may also send an email out to our customers (and this is based on the email given to us at the time of setting up your account)
